Shipping
We take the time to package your orders with additional packaging material so that each piece may arrive safely to its destination. The outer box is unbranded and does not contain the words jewelry or gem, so the parcel is inconspicuous. All shipments require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured in the event that something happens during transit.
In stock pieces will ship by the following business day. If the piece requires a resizing, an additional business day will be needed. For made to order pieces, the typical lead time is 3 to 4 weeks, though in some cases (or certain times of year) we can ship out sooner.
Returns
We accept returns with a few restrictions. Anything that was already in stock and not specially created for the client can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Pieces that have been made to order, engraved, resized, or otherwise altered cannot be returned.
Our made-to-order process: As a small company, we work with a limited inventory of finished jewelry. These finished pieces will be made in specific gold colors, karat percentages, and sizes. They are the items that are pictured in the listing and/or described as ready to ship. If the finished piece is purchased, without us resizing or altering it, a return for a change of mind is allowed under our policy. If a new piece has been made, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.
How to start a return: Please email us at betamigems@gmail.com to initiate a return. A shipping label will be sent to you along with specifications to carefully package it. We do not accept returns without preauthorization. Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
